Recently, the China Court Annual Cases 2025 series, compiled by the National Judges College and the Judicial Case Research Institute of the Supreme People's Court, was published and distributed. Among them, the case "Actionable Procedural Rejection Decisions by Reconsideration Authorities on the Grounds of Unfulfilled Tax Payment Pre-procedure — Case of a Cangzhou Company v. a Provincial Tax Bureau over Refusal to Accept Administrative Reconsideration Application" was included.
