On August 1, 2025, Qingdao’s first service station dedicated to providing legal services for veterans was officially unveiled and established at Beijing Gaopeng (Qingdao) Law Firm. I. Implementing Five Major Legal Protection Actions

After its establishment, Beijing Gaopeng (Qingdao) Law Firm launched the public welfare brand "Legal Protection for Veterans" and formed a professional legal service team led by Lawyer Zhou Jingyi, focusing on five major legal protection actions for veterans:

(1) Legal Popularization and Publicity Action

Regular legal lectures will be conducted in collaboration with veterans affairs departments, military units, and communities. (3) Difficulty Assistance Action

In cooperation with veterans affairs bureaus, civil affairs departments, and public welfare organizations, one-on-one legal and living assistance will be provided to veterans facing financial difficulties, disabilities, being orphaned or widowed, or encountering sudden changes. Full free legal support will be offered to families of veterans with special difficulties.

(4) Employment and Entrepreneurship Escort Action

A "Military Service Legal Team" will be established, consisting of full-time lawyers to provide one-stop legal support for veterans and their families, including legal consultation, document drafting, and dispute mediation. It will offer free review of labor contracts and cooperation agreements for veterans' employment and entrepreneurship, and conduct legal risk training for startups. In collaboration with enterprises and chambers of commerce, a legal service platform for veterans' employment will be built to help veterans transition smoothly and achieve new accomplishments.

(5) Honor Protection Action

A special legal service team will be formed to provide free legal protection for veterans and martyrs' families in terms of reputation and honor rights. Legal measures will be taken against words and deeds that insult or slander heroes and martyrs to firmly safeguard the dignity of military personnel.

II. Military Spouse Leads the Establishment of a Professional Legal Team
