Huang Dong, Director of the Private Equity Commission, expressed in his speech that he was very pleased with the active participation of the committee members in this event. This is the seventh time that the Private Equity Commission has held a private equity afternoon tea exchange meeting. The recognition and willingness of everyone to actively participate in activities on this platform reflect the cohesion and vitality of the private equity theory field.

Huang Dong

Director Huang Dong highlighted the achievements of the private equity commission's previous visits to Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing Bar Associations, and related law firms for inspection and exchange. He mentioned that the practical significance of "going global" this time is profound. Through in-depth interaction with local law associations and law firms, he deeply felt the consistency between the common needs and expectations of private equity fund related clients in various legal service markets. Among them, the development model of Yuhuangshan South Fund Town in Hangzhou has left a deep impression on everyone. The communication with local lawyers not only broadens the service perspective, but also forms a broad consensus on "how to accurately meet customer needs" and "create immersive legal service experience". In the communication with Shanghai lawyers, both parties also shared the results of private fund business compiled by the private equity commission, and explored the characteristics of different law firms in brand building and cultural shaping. Director Huang Dong specifically mentioned that lawyers from various regions have highly aligned views on core issues such as fund investment and exit, laying a solid foundation for cross regional legal service cooperation.

The core topic of this event focuses on "difficulties and solutions for the liquidation and exit of private equity funds", and the wonderful sharing of two senior lawyers has sparked heated discussions.

In the thematic exchange session, Lawyer Wang Yiping from Beijing Jiashan Law Firm gave a systematic exposition on the topic of "Analyzing Private Fund Liquidation Exit from Four Dimensions" from a practical operational perspective: in the field of private fund filing compliance, clarifying the responsibility boundaries of managers and the key points of liquidation practice; At the level of civil dispute resolution, analyze the path of investor rights protection and the applicable conditions for compulsory liquidation; In terms of self-regulation response, interpret the definition of "investment" responsibility for LP of listed companies; In the dimension of criminal risk prevention and control, it is suggested that state-owned funds should be alert to the risk of "agreed bribery". In addition, Lawyer Wang also discussed with the attendees the pricing strategies and common lessons learned for clearing out legal services based on practical experience.

Wang Yiping

Li Xiaojuan, Senior Partner of Gaopeng Law Firm, gave a presentation titled "Analysis of Typical Cases of Private Fund Liquidation and Exit". With private fund liquidation and exit as the core, she deeply analyzed the many difficulties faced by private fund liquidation and exit processes, such as the loss of fund managers, difficulties in asset liquidation, and difficulties in accountability, based on actual cases of investor rights protection represented. She also shared targeted coping strategies and solutions.

Li Xiaojuan

The professional sharing of the two lawyers not only demonstrated the complex challenges in the practice of private fund liquidation and exit through real cases, providing valuable practical experience for peers, but also triggered deep thinking on issues such as protecting the rights and interests of private fund investors and regulating industry operations. It has certain practical significance for improving the legal service level of private fund liquidation and exit and promoting the healthy development of the industry.
