Recently, the Yangzhou Data Bureau and the Yangzhou Philosophy and Social Sciences Association jointly issued a notice on the announcement of the 2025 Yangzhou Social Science Research Project (Digital Yangzhou Special Project). Among the 256 projects approved in this batch, the data law team of Beijing Gaopeng (Yangzhou) Law Firm successfully won two projects with their profound professional accumulation and forward-looking research perspective, contributing wisdom and strength to the construction of "Digital Yangzhou".

The two topics selected this time are:

·Research on Financial Services Supporting the Digital Development of Yangzhou City: From the Perspective of Financial Dataization and Data Financialization, led by Zhang Yunhao

·Research on Arbitration Mechanism for Disputes over Data Elements in the Digital Economy Era: With Ownership and Quality as the Core ", led by Ju Jinpeng

These two topics closely revolve around the core issues of the current development of the digital economy. The former focuses on the innovative application of financial data elements and explores the practical path of empowering the development of Yangzhou's real economy; The latter focuses on the ownership and quality disputes that may arise during the circulation of data elements, aiming to establish an efficient and professional arbitration resolution mechanism, and provide a solid legal guarantee for the market-oriented allocation of data elements.

This successful project proposal is not only a high recognition of Gaopeng Yangzhou's professional ability in the field of data law, but also a heavy responsibility and motivation. This marks the recognition of my exploration and practice in cutting-edge legal services such as data compliance, data property rights, and data transactions at the municipal research level.
