Lawyer Wang Haiyang was invited to attend the 3rd Heze Intellectual Property Development Forum

On April 21st, the 3rd Heze Intellectual Property Development Forum, hosted by the Shandong Intellectual Property Service Industry Association and the Heze Market Supervision Administration, organized by the Research Department and the School of Political Science and Law of Heze University, and co organized by the Mudan District Market Supervision Administration of Heze City, was held at Heze University. The theme of this forum is "Intellectual Property and New Quality Productivity", which deeply implements the national strategy of building a strong intellectual property country, promotes the deep integration of intellectual property and industrial innovation, and injects strong momentum into the cultivation of new quality productivity in Heze City.

Yin Qiangmin, former Deputy Director of the National Intellectual Property Protection Center of Shandong Province, Lu Xiaoyong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Vice President of the Heze Intermediate People's Court, and Bu Wankui, Director of the Research Department of Heze University, attended the event. Yang Xiaofeng, member of the Party Group of the Municipal Market Supervision Administration, Lv Zengwei, member of the Party Group of the Municipal Law Society, and Yang Dongyun, President of the Intellectual Property Law Research Association of the Municipal Law Society, delivered speeches at the opening ceremony of the forum. Li Hao, Dean of the School of Political Science and Law at Heze University, presided over the forum activity.

In the morning, participants visited the Heze Peony Industry Demonstration Base for on-site observation, focusing on the sub theme of "Strengthening the Protection and Application of Geographical Indications, Supporting the Cultivation and Development of New Quality Productivity".

In the afternoon, at the Academic Lecture Hall of Heze University Library, experts and scholars gave keynote speeches on the sub themes of the "Intellectual Property Protection and Innovation, Promoting the Development of New Quality Productivity" forum. Experts and scholars such as Li Shouyun, President of Shandong Intellectual Property Service Industry Association, Professor Guan Hongyan from Jilin University Law School, Dr. Li Gexia from Yantai University, Judge Li Shenke from Heze Intermediate People's Court, Senior Partner and Senior Intellectual Property Consultant Wang Haiyang from Beijing Gaopeng Law Firm, have conducted in-depth discussions on core themes such as intellectual property protection, innovation driven development, and the intrinsic connection with new quality productivity. They have contributed a series of forward-looking new perspectives, ideas, and practical explorations to the development and industrial upgrading of intellectual property in Heze City.

The event also held a ceremony for the appointment and signing of technical investigators for intellectual property administrative protection in Heze City.
