On May 28th,the Gaopeng Reading Club organized the third learning activity of the Civil Code this year,inviting our senior partner,Lawyer Jiang Liyong,to interpret in detail the relevant provisions of the Civil Code on agency and agency contracts in combination with our lawyer's agency services.
Lawyer Jiang first made a comparison between the changes in relevant provisions in the new and old laws,and analyzed the legislative intent of the new changes in the Civil Code and their impact on lawyers'agency work item by item.Subsequently,Lawyer Jiang introduced that in order to adapt to the new changes after the promulgation of the Civil Code,Gaopeng Institute is currently carrying out the revision of various lawyer agency contract templates.Lawyer Jiang also explained the newly revised contract template of the Firm on the spot.At the end of the sharing,all participants also warmly discussed how to improve the contract template of our institute in combination with the Civil Code.
