In the afternoon of Sept.6,2018,at the International Exchange Center of China University of Political Science and Law(CUPL),Lawyer Zhang Zheng,the founding partner of Gaopeng&Partners,was invited by China-EU School of Law(CESL),CUPL to give a lecture on commercial arbitration entitled An Arbitrator’s Opinion on Differences between Arbitration and Litigation–Also on How Lawyers Undertake Commercial Arbitration Cases to 60 students of the“Training Class for Talent Cultivation of Famous and Excellent Lawyers in Wuxi”which is hosted by Wuxi Municipal Bureau of Justice and Wuxi Lawyers Association.

During the three-hour lecture,Lawyer Zhang vividly explained to students about the difference between arbitration and litigation and issues to be noted when lawyers undertake commercial arbitration cases by combining years of practical experience as an arbitrator in handling a number of commercial arbitration disputes and making arbitration awards,as well as the specific practice of guiding lawyers in his team to undertake commercial arbitration cases.Lawyer Zhang fully exchanged and interacted with the students,receiving enthusiastic responses and rave reviews
