This case is a law enforcement case involving agricultural cultivation in different regions. In August 2022, the Agriculture and Rural Bureau of a certain city in Heilongjiang Province transferred the case of a rice seed company in Jilin Province suspected of producing and operating fake seeds to the city's Public Security Bureau for investigation. After being submitted to the procuratorial committee for discussion and deliberation, the procuratorate ultimately made a decision not to prosecute the person in charge of the enterprise and lifted the compulsory measures. Thus, the case has been successfully concluded without charge.
