Xiao Zhang was invited to attend a friend's dinner party. Although he came by car, he still couldn't withstand the persuasion of others and drank a few glasses. After the dinner, Xiao Zhang remembered that his newly bought car had autonomous driving function, so he thought to himself that although he had drunk, as long as he didn't drive it himself and let the car drive automatically, it wouldn't be considered drunk driving. Thinking of this, Xiao Zhang turned on the intelligent assisted driving function in the car, but he couldn't resist the drowsiness and fell asleep. Afterwards, due to the detection of abnormal driver status, the vehicle automatically stopped and parked in a tunnel on the highway, which led to others calling the police. After investigation, the autonomous driving level of Xiao Zhang's vehicle was classified as level 3. Eventually, Xiao Zhang was charged with dangerous driving by the police, and the court sentenced him to three months of detention, a fine of 6000 yuan.
