Mr. Lu entered the securities industry in 2007 to engage in securities legal compliance and has many years of experience as a corporate lawyer. Prior to joining Gao Peng, Mr. Lu worked at Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. and Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm as a manager and partner of the legal affairs department, respectively. Mr. Lu has many years of practice experience, handling a number of complex securities transaction cases and financial cases, and has participated in the merger and restructuring project of the largest securities company in the capital market to date. Mr. Lu led the legal team to be awarded ALB (Asian Legal Business Journal) 2014 Top 15 Corporate Legal Counsel in China.
Mr. Lu specializes in dispute resolution, securities compliance and securities litigation. Mr. Lu is familiar with financial and capital market business, and has rich experience in handling litigation cases, and is good at handling financial litigation and commercial litigation cases such as asset management product disputes, stock pledge and repurchase financing disputes, securities trading disputes, bond disputes, investment and financing disputes, and corporate disputes. A graded fund transaction dispute case represented by Mr. Lu was selected as one of the top ten financial and commercial trials in Shanghai courts in 2017. Mr. Lu also has extensive experience in securities compliance and securities litigation, and is good at advising securities compliance clients such as securities companies, listed companies and their shareholders, and representing clients in civil compensation litigation for securities infringement such as securities misrepresentation brought by investors.
Mr. Lu's research projects have won the Outstanding Project Award of the Securities Association of China, and he has published professional articles on the subject of bond disputes in China Securities.
