Lawyer Gao Peng Helps "Shang Shang" Finally Get a Marriage Certificate

On August 21, 2020, the Yangtze Evening News published a news report that an unmarried woman named "Shang Shang" (her real name is Shang Moumou, hereinafter still referred to as Shang Shang Shang) and her boyfriend went to the marriage registration authority to register their marriage, only to find out that they had five marriage registration records, and that they still had no acquaintance with the five men. The photos, fingerprints, and signatures in the marriage registration were all counterfeit. Shang Shang has been on the move to apply to the relevant marriage registration authorities to cancel the marriage registration of an impostor. The civil affairs bureaus of the two places have cancelled the wrong marriage registration on their own, and the other two places have been revoked by court decisions. However, the marriage registration issue in Zoucheng City, Shandong Province, has been delayed and cannot be resolved. -
