The Intellectual Property College of Nanjing University of Technology was developed from the first intellectual property college in Jiangsu Province jointly established by the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office and Nanjing University of Technology in 2005.On September 6,2013,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,the China National Intellectual Property Administration and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province jointly signed the Agreement on Jointly Building the Intellectual Property College of Nanjing University of Technology,which opened a new mode of cultivating high-level practical international intellectual property talents in China.
The college has established a full series of undergraduate,postgraduate,and doctoral education systems,and has established the Jiangsu Intellectual Property Innovation Practice Education Center;There are scientific research and social institutions such as the Jiangsu Intellectual Property Research Institute,the Jiangsu Intellectual Property Development Research Center,the Jiangsu Intellectual Property Think Tank,the Collaborative Innovation Center for Intellectual Property and Regional Development,the National Defense Intellectual Property Research Center,the Training and Teaching Center,and the Patent Center;It has a teaching team of financial law,management,economics,engineering and other disciplines,which combines full-time and part-time teaching,including many experts from the China National Intellectual Property Administration expert database and national intellectual property leaders.
