Litigation has been Gaopeng’s practice since its inception.  Our litigation lawyers have regularly appeared in some of the most complicated cases in various Chinese courts from the municipal level up to the Supreme Court of China.  Lawyers in our litigation group have also won some competition awards, including the prestigious nationwide litigation competition award sponsored by the China Central Television (CCTV).

 

We have also represented many Chinese and foreign clients in both Chinese and international arbitration tribunals and won many arbitration awards for our clients.  We are very familiar with the rules and practice of such arbitration tribunals as China International and Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), International Court of Arbitration, the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce.
