Our team of trade lawyers serves clients in anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguards actions taken by the Chinese government and other jurisdictions. The team led by the veteran counsel Mr. Lei Wang, a former trade negotiator in the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), consists of two rising trade lawyers, Steven Yu and Lin Yang, and ten other lawyers with experience in trade work.

In the recent Chinese antidumping investigation on kraft linerboards, the team has successfully represented its international client to obtain a repeal of an anti-dumping order issued by MOFCOM through administrative re-consideration proceedings. This case has become a landmark case among the over 40 anti-dumping cases initiated by the Chinese Trade Authority (MOFCOM).
