In the afternoon of January 7, 2022, the 1st meeting of the 3rd committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) of Gulou district in Jiangsu province was successfully closed. The leaderships from Gulou District Court, Gulou District Procuratorate, Nanjing Municipal Government, attended the meeting with all the committee members of CPPCC of Gulou District. Attorney Ruxiang Liu from Gaopeng Nanjing Office was reelected as the member of standing committee of Gulou District CPPCC.

Attorney Liu also was a member of the last standing committee. From 2017 to 2021, attorney Liu was awarded as “Advanced Individual of Performing” for five consecutive years because of her positively participating in giving political advice. Many of her proposals have been awarded as the “Annual Excellent Proposal”.

After being reelected, attorney Liu said she felt she was shouldering big responsibilities and great glories. Attorney Liu will continue to inherit and promote all the good traditions of CPPCC, always follow the Charter of CPPCC, insist to focus on people’s life and reflect people’s voice. Attorney Liu will also insist to give political advice and perform her duty positively, and contribute to the modernize work of new Gulou district.
