For long, Lawyer Zhang has been assisting the Ministry of Commerce of China, major chambers of commerce, and associations, as well as over 30 famous leading enterprises both at home and abroad to respond to anti-dumping, countervailing and supporting measures cases, including China Petrochemical Corporation, China National Petroleum Corporation, Baosteel, Sinochem International, American GE, LG China, Hyundai Motor, Double Coin, JA Solar, Shandong Weiqiao Pioneering Group Company Limited, Shanxi Sanwei Group Corporation and Hubei Xingfa Chemicals Group Co., Ltd., accumulated rich experience in WTO legal affairs, such as domestic and international anti-dumping/countervailing affairs, and taken part in more than 70 anti-dumping, countervailing and supporting measures cases initiated by the United States, the European Union, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, India, Turkey, Thailand, South Africa, Egypt, Argentina, Peru, Pakistan, Israel and other countries against Chinese products, including iron & steel, photovoltaic products, leather shoes, silk, air-conditioner, tire, tile, vehicle wheel, fastener, plastic bag and chemical products, most of which are cases with zero or lower tax rates acquired by respective industries and enterprises.

On the invitation of the Legal Affairs Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Commerce, Lawyer Zhang has attended national anti-dumping and countervailing seminars for many times, participated in the studies on special topics such as anti-dumping and countervailing organized by relevant ministries and commissions of China, and offered suggestions to the Legal Affairs Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Commerce on the revision of the Foreign Trade Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Anti-dumping Regulation of the People’s Republic of China, the Countervailing Regulation of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant laws.

Besides that, Lawyer Zhang has received the inclusive interviews of CCTV, BTV, Shanghai Dragon TV, People’s Daily, Legal Daily, CBN, International Business Daily and other leading media groups on the successful representing of typical anti-dumping and countervailing cases.
