Professional career：

Mr. Tan entered a large Japanese Company Onoda Cement Company after his graduation in 1995. At the same time he studied Japanese by himself and got a diploma in the Southeast University. He passed the bar examination in October 1999 and got a first in Nanjing Province. Then he passed the CTA in June 2001. During October 2002 to February 2003, he worked in The Nishimura Integrated law firm in Tokyo for advanced studies.

Mr. Tan began his practice in law firm in July 2007, providing legal services to Japanese enterprises. He has solved a series of problems which Japanese enterprises encountered, such as the application for tax exemption, the quality problem of car products, the case regarding a withdrawal of capital investment amounting to 4 billion Yen by a Japanese enterprise, litigation involving economic affairs, etc. He is expert in handling routine business of companies, including drafting of legal instruments (contracts, regulations, etc.), labor disputes, tax consultation, due diligence, establishment , liquidation, M&A, etc. of foreign companies.

Mr. Tan has been providing legal service to many Japanese companies, such as Toyota, Hitachi, Epson, Ricoh, JICA, Canon, Teijin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Sumitomo, OKI, ALPINE, etc.
